Rock On in 2016! ðŸ¸ðŸ¸ðŸ¸ðŸ¸ðŸŽ¼ðŸŽ¼ðŸŽ¼

“If you spend too much time thinking about
a thing you’ll never get it done.”
Bruce Lee

Yes, and this is exactly what I have done. I wanted to post this blog yesterday, however, I mulled it around in my attic too long.  Before I knew it, we were getting ready to go out and my post was shuffled to the back burner.

There are times when I don’t have a clue about what to write.  I have a me, myself and I rule that when I am grasping for the right words, it is time to get up from my chair and engage in some sort of activity.  I either clean, exercise while listening to music, play with my cat, sit on the back porch with my coffee – anything to stimulate the “stuff” in my attic.

Well, today I need a real kick in the arse to get going and since it is New Year’s eve, I better shake a leg.  So let’s listen to some shaking music!

Thank you for a great year of inspirational quotes, Patricia.  I am looking forward to more of the same in 2016.  Everyone, be sure to visit this weekly event held every Wednesday.

  1. I thought the Bruce Lee quote was perfect for the end of one year and beginning of another because I am a daydreamer, not a doer. Sometimes I plan until I am no longer interested in whatever it is I am planning.

Thank you for being so supportive of In Other Words. Your posts are always well written and make me think and I like that. Now let’s plan on doing something this year…or not.

    1. I am mostly a doer, however, I tend to over analyze a situation, become bored and deep six it. Thank you for enjoying my posts and I look forward to a bright new year.
