It’s Difficult

“We have a presidential election coming up.  And I think
the big problem, of course, is someone will win.”
Barry Crimmins

It’s difficult to choose

who will win and who will lose

It’s difficult to say

who is able to pave the way

It’s difficult to see

who’s best for you and me

It’s difficult to know who’s on the ball

and hope we make the right call

It’s difficult to vote

for those that blow smoke

Should we wait to be enthralled?

Oh, the gall of it all!

Let’s just see what sticks to the wall?

Let’s hope that the person who wins gets over the hype and gets to work and does what they are saying they will do. Is anyone saying what they will do or are they just saying what the others will do that shouldn’t be done? It’s a bit of a mess. Thanks for sharing with In Other Words.

Yes, I agree. It is a mess and concerning.
