Something About Life

No intermission before permission

Let’s put it to the test before we rest

Yeh, we gotta strive to survive

Turn negativity into serendipity

There’s no breather for a dreamer

It is so hard to find a sense of peace. Some never do. But, yes, we need to keep trying.

So timely. We are put to the test these days and it seems there is no rest. Sometimes we have to just stop and rest and let things fall where they will. Happy you linked to In Other Words.

    Got to take a breather
From the news and views today
I’m concerned about the hatred, and lies on centre stage.
I’ve got one brain, inside my head,
And I really need to keep it calm
But that orange monster on social media
    Keeps everyone alarmed !

    I stay away from news
    I stay away from views
Because I have the right to choose
    I won’t live in a hole
because of what I can’t control
    I’d rather read Wikipedia
    Than watch social media
I abide my own golden rule
and that is to keep my cool 💐 🌷 🌹
