Behind Dark Glasses

 Hey, you!

Keep your gawking at bay as I sashay and sway

I’ll perform my best as I go on my quest

Don’t need your rebuff while I strut my stuff

Yep, I may be a thorn in your side but I got my pride

This week the event is to Write a story or poem of 5 Lines or Less using the word sashay. Please drop by and join the fun at Patricia’s Place

You capture jealousy pretty well here.

    Sunglasses from the 1960s?

Hmm, don’t know but I like sunglasses from the sixties. An idea for a blog – perhaps.

It sure gets harder… Here is my effort 😊

    You are beautiful
    Keep doing you
Never walk with your head down
    Sashay, make everyone turn around!

Keep your head up high, reach for sky
Don’t let life pass you by. 🌷 🌹

Love your rhyme scheme. It works without being juvenile, a true talent
