Jam Session

Perhaps, time has come for confessions

A push to evoke digestion

Whether wins or fails or tilted tales

Of what has evolved but never resolved

Were there discussions relevant to disgression

oppression, progression, succession or suppression?

Was ideation put into checkmate?

Shushed were thoughts of debate

So now is the time for an auspicious question

How do we transcribe our self-expression

“oppression, progression, succession or suppression” – This covers a typical day in my life. Clever word use.

I like the beat of this poem, perfect for the message. It reads like spoken word poetry. Nicely done.
