To Whom it may Concern

119518-Me

Dear occupant or current resident

Let’s change where you reside

 Move on, say your goodbyes

Hey, write this down

Get that chin off the ground

Just stop this seesaw of drama

Control unwanted trauma

Let trepidation adjourn

 Opt for a decisive upturn

Welcome to Week 15!

I am about to embark on a wellness coaching program for cancer patients and attended an introductory training program. They have research-backed data that the root cause for all kinds of cancer is some kind of repression – due to a fear, social conditioning or upbringing. We are told that only certain things are acceptable or right, and it paralyzes us when we wish to do something different.

Trauma is about being stuck. Sometimes a holding pattern becomes habitual, causing tension and ill health. -Reena Saxena

  1. Excellent Eugenia, And I agree, so many things we hold onto affect our health and well being. Learning to exit our own drama, and let it go through our abilities of getting it off our chest.. And self healing..

  2. There is a theory propounded by my original acupuncturist many years ago that my catastrophic back injury was a result of the trauma of my brother’s horrific accident and subsequent death when we were in our very early 20s. I know that severe anxiety and stress have an adverse effect on my health and especially my back, so I can subscribe to this theory relating cancer to repression.
