Dear occupant or current resident
Let’s change where you reside
Move on, say your goodbyes
Hey, write this down
Get that chin off the ground
Just stop this seesaw of drama
Control unwanted trauma
Let trepidation adjourn
Opt for a decisive upturn

Excellent! I could use this poem as a recitation mantra for my coachees who suffer from this syndrome.
Thank you so much!

Excellent Eugenia, And I agree, so many things we hold onto affect our health and well being. Learning to exit our own drama, and let it go through our abilities of getting it off our chest.. And self healing..
Brilliant.. xxx ❤

There is a theory propounded by my original acupuncturist many years ago that my catastrophic back injury was a result of the trauma of my brother’s horrific accident and subsequent death when we were in our very early 20s. I know that severe anxiety and stress have an adverse effect on my health and especially my back, so I can subscribe to this theory relating cancer to repression.

Yes, I agree. Grief can have adverse effects on our health and unfortunately, the effects can be long term.
