1965-The Beatles’ 65 album was #1 for 9 weeks

1958-Toyota and Datsun made their debuts in the US
1942-US Joint Chiefs of Staff created

Everyday
§
Word of the week–pedantic-(adjective)-of or like a pedant. Someone who’s too concerned with literal accuracy or formality. synonyms-scrupulous, precise, exact, perfectionist, punctilious, meticulous, fussy, fastidious, finicky.
Words that rhyme or nearly rhyme-attic, iambic, dramatic, magic, manic, dynamic, frantic, sarcastic.
Let’s make it a year of realization
Make an effort to define our causation
Ideation from the past too pedantic to appeal
Much to our dismay, we forget what’s, for real
Does our persona live in a world of pretend
Like a video game programmed with no end
Artificial intelligence is a success on the street
But is it able to fold a fitted sheet
Can a chatbot help us sell our brand
We’re told we can’t clap with one hand
Yes, too many cards left on the table
Is life, for real or a futuristic fable

Eugenia,
Steve Jobs was a genius! We bought our first Macbook (little white one, do you remember it?) in 2007 and have been Apple consumers ever since. I got my first iPhone in 2010. We upgraded last fall to the iPhone 8. Technology has come a long way. We have more computing power in our hands than desktop computers of 10, 20, or 30 years ago. It’s just crazy fantastic and I love it! Thanks for hosting and have chatty, good week! 😉

I don’t use Apple products, however, I have a lot of respect for Steve Jobs and his brilliant mind. I agree, technology has come a long way and I love it! Thank you for visiting.

Thank you for visiting, Sue. It seems AI is the new kid on the block, even though it’s been around for a while. I’ve noticed an increase in articles written about AI and its advantages and disadvantages.
Much success to you in 2018!!

Yes it is being introduced for us to get used to it as the ‘norm’ While it is being presented well in and as a wonderful aid in prosthetic applications ,It has more sinister future consequences.
Thank you and to you to Eugenia xx
