    You hope! 🙂
But with a history going back to Oct 2017, it’s possible that your figure is still just about right, however, you need to keep a sharp lookout on current activity from all.
As you know, I deleted just about 85% (Early 2017) of my followers with nearly no changes in response volumes, but then my WP-history goes back close to 6 years.
Nearly all ‘followers’ with a history older tnan 18 months were long gone!

Interesting, how do you check response volumes from individual followers?

Ity’s a lot of work, but i can be done! I’ve built myself a excel table where all responses are registered every 24 hours and a ‘cleaneer’ that flag any profile for lack of activity/response. If I don’t intervene, the nexst thing that happens is that a profile might be deleted. They may, of course’ still enjoy my pictures, but they will no longer be alerted to new pictures published and – I won’t be informed that I have 10 times the number of followers that I actually have.

Congrats on the following! My numbers used to be up and then I changed blog sites but by that time I started caring less about how many followed. I’m just doing this for the fun and the loyal readers I have mean the most to me anyhow. Good job, though!
