Order of the Day

Existence is the journey from day to day

A calming map one’s impetus along the way

To live only for the beginning to end

Doesn’t mitigate our willingness to stay

A life of drudgery can lead to dismay

Let scents of lavender freshen the bouquet

Enter the hiatus to save the day,

be that as it may

Love your posts. May I ask how you create a blog which has four photos showing in the feed? Many thanks if you have time to answer x

Thank you for liking my posts. Part of being able to show several photos in the feed is due to the theme. I am currently using Gridiculous Pro as my theme but there are other themes that react the same way. I like to use side widgets which narrows the feed and I resize the images so they will fit. I hope I’ve helped you. 🙂

The image and the poem have the impact of being in a spa with soothing music on. Thanks for the hiatus you provided 🙂

The beautiful chair placed among the lavender just asks you to come and sit down. Sit down an dream and just be.

Yes, sitting in that lovely chair surrounded by lavender is quite dreamy. Depending on the time of the day, I would enjoy sitting there with either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. 🙂

Beautiful poetry Eugenia. I like the reference to Lavender as the smell can be so uplifting. One of my favourite things, in the Spring and Summer, is watching the bees and butterflies feeding on it. The chair in your picture seems made for such moments.
