    Cradles in trees gently sway…reminds me of the children’s nursery rhythm which isn’t nearly as peaceful as your poem. Nicely done on Patricia’s prompt. 🙂

    • Thank you, Cathy. I read the children’s nursery rhyme while I was trying to come up with ideas for my poem. You know, some nursery rhymes were mean!
