A Posh Party

Keep it alive

Gather the family and friends

Let’s celebrate today in style and with class

It shouldn’t be something mundane or ordinary

I want this day to be memorable and unforgettable

Of the finest that they have to offer, as money is not an object

It has to be the envy of everyone who attends and sees

The glamour should overwhelm and fascinate my guests

It would not matter that they are not enjoying it

For I would, cause it will be a statement of all

    Namaste Eugenia 🙂

Excellent! Your poem a rich banquet of words beautifully laid-out on your ever-giving table, thank you, every bite a flavour to savour 😉

I’d rather satisfy my hunger digesting your verse than eat with golden cutlery! Tis indeed a crazy world we share alongside others.

Looking forward to nibbling on another tasty treat tomorrow.

    Namaste 🙂

Dewin, I can’t take credit for this. This piece, written by Sadje, is a reblog in response to my weekly challenge. And yes, Sadje, provided food for thought, didn’t she!?

My apologies Sadje…then my comment is intended for you and my enjoyment as much my appetite, the result of your fine feast of verse, thank you!

Well, considering I just got home from a full day of doctor’s, therapy, lunch with my sister-in-law, shopping and oh my gosh I’m pooped. Thank you so much for stopping by!
