Has been offset by adding too much of this and that
Here and there, making the whole equation lopsided
Leaning towards the material, we often ignore the spiritual
In nurturing our bodies we many a time forget to feed
The starving soul, which can only be nurtured by us
Deep thinking and reflection is needed, some time
Set aside to address the issues that are disturbing
Our peace of mind has to be carved from the
Humdrum of our busy life otherwise the soul
