Doldrums

persistent doldrums

*Here is a little something to inspire those of us still buried in snow:  Taken from The Rose lyrics…

“When the night has been too lonely and the road has been too long
And you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong
Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows
Lies the seed, that with the sun’s love in the spring becomes the rose”

The spark will appear soon enough. We are addicted to predetermined seasonal patterns 🙂

You’re right, Reena. And if the seasons don’t change when we feel they are supposed to, we get in the doldrums.

I get the doldrums when the sun doesn’t show up for days and days. The sun is shining this morning.

Have a fabulous day, Eugenia. ♥
