July 29th is Lasagna Day! Did you know that lasagna is the singular for lasagne, a wide flat pasta? In recent years the terms are used both to refer to the pasta and the dish made with the pasta.

Presenting the week’s challenge – You may use the word, quote or any part of it and/or the image for this week’s prompt.

Word prompt – rainbow- (noun)  —  an arc or circle that exhibits in concentric bands the colors of the spectrum and that is formed opposite the sun by the refraction and reflection of the sun’s rays in raindrops, spray, or mist; a multicolored array; a wide assortment or range; from the impossibility of reaching the rainbow, at whose foot a pot of gold is said to be buried; an illusory goal or hope

Quote

The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain. – Dolly Parton
