Grandparents Day is always celebrated on the first Sunday after Labor Day.
Grandparents Day has both an official flower and song. The official flower is the forget-me-not, and the song is Johnny Prill’s “A Song for Grandma and Grandpa.” Both were chosen by the National Grandparents Day Council.
Let’s appreciate all the joy and wisdom that grandparents bring to our lives!

Thank you Eugenia. My Grandmother was my friend and mentor as a young child. I’d say she was the most influential woman in my life. I miss her. ❤🌹

I can only imagine the impact she had on your life, Jen. We need to spend as much time as we can with them while there still alive. 💛

She practically raised me as a child. It’s a long story.
