I’m going to be the bad boy and add some words. I fell asleep in the snow on a not too dissimilar day while hunting in Ohio. I got to my spot well before the sun came up and sat down between a couple trees to wait. As the sun came up, it’s warmth bounced off of the snow and very quickly lulled me to sleep. My buddies found me, kicked my boots to wake me up and asked if I had seen any deer. “Obviously not’, I cried! “Looky here”, they said as they pointed at my feet…deer tracks, not more than two feet away. And they obviously stopped to check me out. Shame on me.

    • Wow! What an experience! Telltale signs of the deer checking you out is very amusing like who is hunting for who! Thank you for sharing your story. 😊

  4. As usual we’re on the same page. I’m shocked. Beautiful shot.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

  6. Totaly amazing

  7. A very beautiful uplifting post 🧡🧡

  8. You captured it perfectly! I love the light off the snow reflection on the tree! Have a marvellously Happy Day!

  9. Memories of Eric and Flynn
  10. Lovely photo with beautiful light! <3 Take care, Eugenia!

  11. Cracking image Eugenia 🙂

  12. I’ve got a photo somewhere I took at dusk in snow… the tint is natural ‘blue’. 😀

    • Snow can be enhanced by lights and colors to the point of being enchanting. It absorbs the beauty around it.
