A stunning image and an inspiring poem. Beautiful, Eugi! <3
Thank you, Cheryl.😊
LIke from a James Bond-movie?!
Could be.
Here you are! https://iwriteher.com/2021/12/09/making-strides/
Thank you, Susi!
You’re welcome!
A haiku for you (I title my haiku so I can find them…)
sui generis
one summit
reaches peaceful depths;
peaking thought

Note; ‘sui generis’ is a Latin expression that translates to “of its own kind.”
It refers to anything that is peculiar to itself; of its own kind or class.
I love your haiku and the title is a perfect fit. I title my haiku, as well. I like to identify what I wrote.
I attempt organization. I have folders for ever month with an index as to the date a piece was written. The date, title, and prompts used show up in my index (in reverse order so the newest stuff is at the top of the list. 🙂
Wow! You’re impressive, Jules! I save mine to a word doc, which has come in handy many times. They are organized by type and year. You must be excellent with detail!
Before the computer era… I wrote my verse in journals… but always kept the front pages blank for an index of titles. Helps find things.
But I’m not really organized…
Beautiful view❤️
Thank you! 😊
You are most welcome ❤️
Awesome! More things are achievable than we think. We just need to try!
Thank you!

Hi Eugi,
Here is mine

What a perch – beautiful poem to accompany it
Thank you so much, Derrick.
Great selection, Eugenia. I’ve created a pingback for my post.
Survival triumphs indeed when we aim for our goals!
I don’t see your pingback, Tom.
That’s odd! Here’s the link: https://wellheregoes.me/2021/12/10/summit/
Thank you, Tom!
Like your words…a lot said in six words. But I wouldn’t want to live in a place atop a mountain like that!
Thank you, Patricia! Yeh, living there would be too cold and scary for me.
Love the image and love the poem. I would love to have a vacation there for a couple of weeks. Beautiful.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, my friend. ♥
Sitting by the fire with hot chocolate! Yes!

Pingback: Summit – Artie & Stu
Hi Eugi, your words put fine touches to the photo! My contribution is not quite so inspiring, or perhaps in a quite different way, having gone with a different usage of ‘summit’: https://artieandstu.wordpress.com/?p=2688
Thank you!

Another beautiful haiku! Thanks Eugi! Xoxo
Thank you! 😊
