Not a problem, Tom! It was very strange because I had to rescue several of my followers from spam world. Must have been a glitch.
This is a great word with many combinations, will come back to this when l have more time 🙂
Take your time, Rory! There are no time restrictions on my prompts.
I know 🙂 I am the one who puts time restrictions and deadlines on me as that is the challenge to me.
I try and create something within 30 minutes from the time of seeing a word and then thinking on the response 🙂

Hi Eugenia, not sure if you’ve received my first comment… it seemed to disappear when I submitted it. I’m also on my mobile now, and have the tiniest of windows to type into, the keyboard takes up nine tenths of the screen… however, I love a challenge and shall persevere. I’ve not been seeing your posts in my reader, hence my lack of interaction for the last few weeks, but I saw this one, and have posted in response to this week’s challenge. I left a link on my first comment, which may have sent me off into the ether, so I won’t leave another… hopefully this comment makes sense and posts!

It’s almost always a mere thought, and yet –
There are times in my life,
… like now when,
My mind,
… so intertwined,
With my yesterdays and todays,
… become saddened by my tomorrow.
I oft wonder at the ifs,
… not the maybes or the buts,
Just purely the ifs,
… the ifs of nostalgia.
The simplest of psychologies,
… the simple ways of our lives.
When without course, we think upon,
… what has passed and ask ourselves,
Can we, should we could we,
Just do more?
If this is the case, what then must we do?
…. What will enrich the meaning for us?
The very core of understanding,
… comes not from others,
But only ourselves, and
…. Our moments of reflection.
